We want you to be completely happy with your experience on TKOR Classroom. Here’s how refunds work for different types of purchases.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of subscribing, we’ll refund every penny — no questions asked.

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

Live Classes

We offer refunds for live classes within 48 hours of purchase, provided you haven’t attended any sessions. If the class has already started and you’ve attended, please contact us and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

On-Demand Content

On-demand video content is generally non-refundable once accessed. If you believe there’s been an error or have a special circumstance, please reach out to our support team.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Visit our Contact Support page.
  2. Select “Billing” as the subject.
  3. Include your account email and a brief description of your request.
  4. We’ll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
