By accessing or using TKOR Classroom (“the Platform”), participating in any giveaway, or providing your email address through any form on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or enter any giveaway. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, giveaway entrants, and anyone who accesses the Platform.
TKOR Classroom is an online educational platform operated by TKOR Classroom, LLC, that connects families, homeschoolers, parents, and educators with live classes, on-demand video content, learning pathways, tutoring, and community support groups. Content is led by trusted teachers, influencers, and subject-matter experts.
The Platform is intended for use by adults (18+) on behalf of themselves or their children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Platform.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of TKOR Classroom, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. To enter, complete the entry form at tkorclassroom.com/giveaway by providing your name, email address, and confirming you are 18 or older. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Nintendo Switch 2 (approximate retail value: $449 USD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. TKOR Classroom, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. TKOR Classroom is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closing date. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, you grant TKOR Classroom permission to announce your first name and state of residence publicly on our website and social media channels.
TKOR Classroom, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. By entering, you release TKOR Classroom, LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you enter a giveaway or register for the Platform, a TKOR Classroom account may be created using the email address you provide. You are responsible for:

TKOR Classroom is intended to be used by adults (18+) on behalf of their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us at privacy@tkorclassroom.com and we will promptly delete it.
Child accounts (for children participating in classes) may only be created by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
TKOR Classroom hosts live classes, on-demand videos, tutoring sessions, and learning pathways created by third-party educators, influencers, and subject experts (“Creators”). While we review Creators, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content. Enrollment in a class does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Live class sessions may be recorded for quality assurance. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will not be shared publicly without your permission.
Payments for classes, subscriptions, and on-demand content are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All Platform content — including logos, graphics, software, and TKOR Classroom course materials — is owned by TKOR Classroom, LLC or its licensors. Creators retain ownership of their content but grant TKOR Classroom a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TKOR Classroom, LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of content provided by third-party Creators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TKOR Classroom, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
