Official Rules

1. Promotion Description

The Nintendo Switch Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on July 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by TKOR Classrooms (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor handles all aspects of Sweepstakes administration. Questions may be directed to Sponsor at team@tkorcommunity.com during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of The United States, age 18 or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Nintendo Switch. Only one prize per person or household. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Sponsor reserves the right to add additional prizes during the Promotion Period. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

4. How to Enter

A. Online Entry (Consent Required):

Visit tkorclassroom.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period and join our free community for 25 entries.

By submitting, you consent to be contacted via calls, texts, or emails from Sponsor at 602-903-0482.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Consent Required):

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 30, 2026, and will receive 25 entries without requiring contact consent.

Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Only entries from unique individuals are eligible. Sponsor's database timestamp is the official record.

5. Winner Selection

A random drawing from all valid entries will be held within two (2) weeks after July 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on total entries. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be chosen.

6. Winner Notification

Winner will be emailed within approximately two (2) weeks after the drawing. The winner must respond and accept the prize within two (2) weeks. If the email goes undelivered or no response is received, the prize may be forfeited. The winner may also need to sign and return eligibility, liability, and publicity releases.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, available at tkorclassroom.com/privacy. By entering, entrants agree Sponsor may contact them regarding services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries, technical errors, or any other issues that may affect the Sweepstakes. If fraud or technical problems compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel entries and award the prize fairly among eligible entrants.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

If entry requires Facebook, you must have a Facebook account. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook. All information is provided to Sponsor, not to Facebook.
